Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and optimize cleaning services across multiple sites in and around Welkom . This leadership role is critical for ensuring consistent, high-quality sanitation standards while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will manage a large team, develop operational strategies, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale cleaning operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement innovative solutions to complex challenges, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for cleaning operations to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Manage, train, and mentor cleaning staff and supervisors across various locations.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Implement new cleaning technologies and methodologies to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
- Liaise with facility managers and other stakeholders to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in managing large-scale cleaning or facilities management operations.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and operational planning.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning science, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
