We are hiring a Senior Manager, Product Telemetry & Analytics to lead the team behind how Alteryx understands product usage and customer behavior. Our telemetry function has grown from supporting Product to supporting the company:
Finance, Customer Success, Rev Ops, and Sales all depend on this data to make decisions.

You will lead a team based in India that owns instrumentation, the semantic layer, and the self-serve analytics platform that makes product data available across the business. You are accountable for how the function runs: prioritization and capacity, enablement and adoption, team visibility, and talent development.

This role is based on the East Coast to maximize overlap with the team's working hours and reports to the Sr. Director, Customer Signals.

What You'll Do
• Own a single intake path for telemetry and analytics requests across Product, Finance, CS, Rev Ops, and IT, balancing planned platform work against urgent executive asks
• Partner with technical leadership on feasibility, dependency order, and sequencing
• Build enablement into a standing program so each function can find, understand, and trust the data on its own, and grow the share of demand served through self-serve
• Govern metric definitions so the same number means the same thing in every forum
• Own how the function is represented to leadership: what is shipping, what is blocked, what changed, and what it means, with recommendations rather than…
