The Role:

The successful Head of Market Registration & Compliance will be responsible for:
Leading the strategic direction and delivery of market registration and compliance activities Ensuring adherence to market rules, governance requirements and regulatory obligations Overseeing compliance frameworks, audits and risk management activities Building strong relationships with regulators, market participants and key stakeholders Leading and developing a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement Providing strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership on compliance and regulatory matters

The Person :
The successful Head of Market Registration & Compliance will meet the following criteria:
