Subsidiary Manager​/Director

Juilee Scholars LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Subsidiary Manager (to be known as the Director) to oversee the start-up development and implementation of our wholly-owned subsidiary,
ReCircle Club LLC
, an exclusive ecological membership community with educational programs, research, innovation, eco-friendly directory, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science (or related field), program management, soft skills, business management or capabilities. A passion for the environment or ecology is required and must agree to the Christian Business Ethics of the parent company, Jubilee Scholars LLC.

The Subsidiary Manager/Director to be known as the "
Director
" is a W-2 contract
, monthly 10% commissioned based paid position, hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with flexibility for partial work from home. Business travel, as needed. Scheduled office meetings at the Remote Office, as needed. This role oversees the operations and strategic development of ReCircle Club LLC, ensuring alignment with Jubilee Scholars’ mission and service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, managing clients, managing employees, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing workflows across remote and local resources.

The Subsidiary Manager/Director will develop and implement a marketing plan, support budgeting and forecasting, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and employees. This role also involves ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with senior leadership to refine service offerings and operational practices.

• Oversee the business affairs and endeavors of ReCircle Club LLC
• Develop and manage memberships for the exclusive eco-friendly community, ReCircle Club LLC
• Budgeting of the business and its programs and projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including ReCircle Club group leaders, project team leaders, and external partners.
• Hire, oversee, and mentor all other employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs, services, and initiatives.
• Ensure that programs and projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and that high-quality standards are consistently met.
• Develop and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Search and apply for grants, contract bids, and subcontract opportunities
• Oversee the company’s website and mobile app
• Foster a culture of love, respect, and empathy within the organization, promoting a positive and supportive environment for all staff and program and project participants.
• Additional duties, determined by the parent company

Hybrid:

W2 Contract Employee, 10% Monthly Commission, Flexible Hours
