About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director to lead our Empire Beauty School in CITY STATE! This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about developing people, creating an exceptional student experience, and driving school success.
The Executive Director provides overall leadership for school operations, including Admissions, Education, Student Services, Financial Aid, Career Services, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for driving enrollment, retention, graduation, student success, revenue, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who knows how to build high-performing teams, coach and develop talent, establish accountability, and create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The Executive Director will analyze performance, manage budgets and expenses, develop enrollment and retention strategies, and partner with Regional Leadership to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
This role also serves as a local ambassador for Empire by building relationships with employers, schools, community organizations, and other partners while increasing the school’s visibility and community presence.

The annual salary for this position is $85,000..

Our ideal Candidate possesses 5-8 years of combined work experience and education as outlined below:

• Five or more years of combined education and work experience.
  Vocational Diploma or Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Business acumen and operational management experience required.
• Leadership experience required. Post-secondary school leadership experience, including admissions/enrollment and education or training management, preferred.
• Experience with accreditation and/or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and execute established policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze performance, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ethical leadership, regulatory compliance, and creating an exceptional experience for students and employees.
