Remote Operations Lead

About the Role  Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Operations Lead to guide and manage their distributed operations team. This role is designed for a leader who can effectively manage and inspire a team working from various locations, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. You will be responsible for setting operational standards, facilitating communication, and implementing strategies that promote productivity and collaboration within a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities   Lead and manage a geographically dispersed operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Develop and implement remote operational policies and best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
Facilitate clear and effective communication across the remote team and with other departments.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Utilize and manage collaboration tools and project management software to maintain workflow visibility.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in operations management , with at least 3 years managing remote teams.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a virtual environment.
Strong understanding of remote work best practices and technologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with project management software and virtual collaboration platforms.
