Regional Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our passionate operations team, someone with the drive and determination to make a difference and passion to develop themselves into the role and lead the region.

This is an account management role with your main focus being on service delivery.

The role is field based focussed on Edinburgh and Glasgow.

As one of our Regional Account Managers, you will be responsible for;

* Ensure maximum client satisfaction through monitoring cleaning standards across all sites

* Build an honest and open working relationship with the customer that encourages partnership and effective resolution of issues

* Always uphold the values of our employee engagement charter

* To ensure effective team-working through structured meeting disciplines allowing for business reviews and clear communication cascades.

* Have financial accountability across your region, ensuring your accounts are managed in accordance with company policy and budget plans

* Carry out customer visits, ensuring joint KPI’s and SLA are completed on schedule and to agreed standards

* Coach, development and encourage your regional team to develop themselves and exceed our customer charter

* To ensure the on-site teams have sufficient working equipment, machinery, and product to deliver their roles.

* To review audits and take the necessary actions to turnaround underperforming areas. Where required, complete and upload the audit in accordance with Company policy.

* To deliver continuous improvement by sharing learning and best practice across the Operations teams in a structured and coaching environment.

* Demonstrating company core values and upholding across the region

As the Regional Account Manager, you will have excellent communication and relationship building skills. You will be self-motivated, driven to deliver high standards and a high quality service.

You will have previous people management experience, be computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems.

Salary: £33,280 per annum.
