Team Manager - Community Team

Position: Team Manager - Older Peoples Community Team
Location: Isle Of Man

Are you an experienced Social Work leader with the vision to shape services, inspire teams and improve outcomes for older people? As Team Manager for the Older People's Community Team , you'll provide professional leadership, operational management and practice oversight to a dedicated team of Social Workers and Social Work Assistants. Leading on complex assessments, safeguarding, care planning and risk management, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that help older people maintain their independence, wellbeing and connections within their communities.

This is a key leadership role within Adult Social Work, offering the opportunity to drive practice development and service transformation across Manx Care. You'll champion strengths-based, trauma-informed and outcome-focused approaches, support workforce development through coaching and reflective supervision, lead quality assurance and continuous improvement activity, and work closely with health colleagues, providers and community partners to deliver coordinated, effective support for older people and their carers.
