Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the Support team for proprietary software solutions
• Coach and evaluate Support Analysts and Team Leads
• Identify operational improvements and enhance customer value
• Manage customer escalations for timely resolution
• Validate operational processes for scalable growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of management experience in customer support
• Proven experience leading multi-level support organizations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and process optimization
