Colleague Enablement Lead Manager

That's why we're looking for a strategic and passionate Colleague Enablement Lead Manager to join our Colleague Engagement & Enablement team and play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow, and succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering high-impact enablement initiatives that support colleague onboarding, development, engagement, and performance across Retail & Customer Operations. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll provide insight and support, ensuring enablement activity is delivered effectively and empowers colleagues to do their best work every day. You'll help design and deliver initiatives that build capability, strengthen engagement, and create a high-performing culture across the business.

As part of Business Services, you'll be joining a shared service function that supports the teams responsible for protecting, supporting and serving our customers. Through your leadership, team management expertise and strategic vision, you'll drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and ensure your team delivers a best-in-class colleague experience that contributes directly to Nationwide's ambition of delivering a simply brilliant customer experience at every touchpoint.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some locations you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office.
