Responsible for leading within specified region and achieving determined annual sales and margin objectives, while achieving bottom line profitability. Managing and encouraging optimal performance of all
direct reports, including training.
- Promote and embody the Vision, Mission and Values of the Company.
- Coaching and career development of direct reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic sales and branch budget plans consistent with corporate goals.
- Accountable for full profit and loss (P&L) results for assigned region.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Branch Managers and District Managers.
- Assist Branch Managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating / closing deals.
- Sales planning and identifying opportunities for growth including areas of interest for client base expansion.
- Maintain pricing integrity and limit overrides in assigned region.
- Review and approve pricing structure in local and regional customer proposals.
- Ensure all branches assigned are achieving acceptable results on operations scorecard.
- Manage branch resources within target productivity and efficiency benchmarks.
- Review assigned sales territories with Branch Managers and District Managers.
- Provide sales projections, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for assigned region.
