• Manage and lead multiple commercial cleaning teams across various corporate sites in Pretoria.
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive cleaning standards and procedures.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with client contracts and service level agreements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage cleaning staff recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Liaise with clients to build strong relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Implement and promote health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Generate regular performance reports for senior management and clients.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial cleaning management, preferably within facilities management or a related service industry.
• Proven experience managing cleaning teams of significant size in corporate settings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement cleaning strategies and operational plans.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
