• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple golf courses remotely, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance course conditions, player satisfaction, and overall profitability.
• Monitor and manage course maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and operational costs effectively.
• Provide leadership and remote support to on-site Golf Course Superintendents and General Managers.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations across all managed properties.
• Drive initiatives focused on sustainability, water management, and ecological best practices in turf management.
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with course staff, management teams, and relevant external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the golfer experience, from booking to the final putt.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends in golf course management.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in golf course management, with a significant portion in an operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency in a golf environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams and manage operations from a distance.
• Strong understanding of turfgrass management, agronomy, and sustainable course maintenance practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with golf course management software and digital communication tools.
• A relevant degree or certification in Golf Course Management, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field is highly preferred.
