EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join EY's Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients. You will provide strategic leadership across multiple engagements, shape client transformation agendas, develop executive level relationships, and help drive the growth of EY's BTG practice.

As a Senior Manager, you will provide overall leadership for complex, multi-year business and technology transformation programs, overseeing strategy, solution delivery, organizational change, operational readiness, and business outcomes across multiple work streams, vendors, and stakeholder groups.

You will be responsible for leading complex client engagements and managing multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformation initiatives.

• Serve as the executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs, accountable for overall program success, financial performance, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, and Business Line Leaders.
• Lead executive steering committees and governance forums while providing thought leadership on industry trends, modernization strategies, and platform transformation.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements and work streams across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with account leadership to drive revenue growth

• Define enterprise transformation strategies, target operating models, implementation roadmaps, and program governance structures.
• Provide oversight across architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, change management, release management, and implementation activities.
• Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with client business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture strategies.
• Lead strategic risk management and executive-level issue resolution for critical program decisions.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery methods, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics capabilities across engagements.
• Lead and develop managers, consultants, and cross‑functional delivery teams across multiple client engagements.
• Sponsor talent development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives within the BTG practice.
• Build and maintain a high‑performing consulting organization through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

• Lead account growth strategies and manage executive client relationships across strategic insurance accounts.
• Originate and develop new business opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth and pipeline development.
