Remote Clinical Associate Program Manager

As a key member of Sentrex, you will provide crucial coordination for Immunology Patient Support Programs. Collaborating with Program Managers and Supervisors, you will ensure efficient delivery of services, monitor program performance, and support operational execution. Your expertise will facilitate the completion of key initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with supervisors on daily program operations

• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics

• Conduct routine audits for data integrity

• Manage client presentations and documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational projects

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing

• 3-5 years experience in Patient Support Programs

• Bilingual in French and English

• Minimum 2 years in People Management role

• Strong project management and analytical skills
