Job Description Executive Vice President Overview The Executive Vice President role offers a unique opportunity to lead regional operations in commercial insurance, driving profitability and growth across multiple branches.
Oversee a substantial book of business, including property and casualty, financial lines, and accident and health premiums.
Collaborate with branch managers to ensure efficient workflows, resource allocation, and application of advanced technologies.
Develop tailored strategies aligned with market conditions and agency needs to drive business results.
Serve as the primary contact for larger commercial insurance clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Lead marketing and underwriting strategy execution to achieve new and renewal underwriting results.
Ensure compliance with corporate underwriting audits and maintain high-quality standards.
Administer regional expenses effectively, partnering with branch managers and home office teams.
