About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Remote Aviation Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, planning, and execution skills to manage complex aviation projects from conception to completion, entirely from a remote work environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, adhering to the highest industry standards.

- Lead and manage all phases of aviation-focused projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with diverse, remote teams including engineering, operations, procurement, and external vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor project progress against key milestones and deliverables, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Ensure all projects comply with aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager , with a significant portion of experience in the aviation industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of aviation operations, engineering, or maintenance processes.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly advantageous.
