Interim Care Home Manager

Are you a healthcare leader who is looking for the next challenge? We are looking to recruit an Interim Care Home Manager who will step in to provide immediate operational stability, drive regulatory compliance and improvements, while providing leadership and professional support to the workforce.

To provide effective, accountable and hands-on interim leadership of a care home during periods of Registered Manager absence or vacancy, management transition, operational instability or an identified programme of improvement. The Interim Manager will take day-to-day responsibility for the allocated service within a documented delegation from the Responsible Individual, ensuring safe, person-centred care, sound workforce management, continuity of service and demonstrable regulatory compliance.

Between placements, the postholder may undertake defined management, quality assurance and service improvement work across the group. The postholder must work in accordance with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, applicable regulations, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) requirements, organisational policies and relevant professional codes.
