- Bring recommendations and sound judgment to senior leadership.
- At least 8 years of progressive retail leadership experience, including 5 years managing multiple stores.
- Proven leadership of a geographically dispersed, multi-state store portfolio.
- Footwear, apparel, accessories, fashion, or specialty retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated responsibility for store or regional P&Ls, budgets, payroll, and operating expenses.
- Measurable success improving profitability, growing sales, or turning around underperforming stores.
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership‑development skills.
- Experience leading through other managers while remaining effective in the field.
- Confidence making business decisions with incomplete information and limited resources.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and retail reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
Experience with outlet retail, store openings and closures, and entrepreneurial businesses is particularly valuable.
Who Will Thrive HereYou take ownership of results. You are comfortable working directly with senior leadership and staying close to store teams. You combine financial discipline with strong people skills, and you can explain what needs to change—and make it happen.
We prefer an East Coast-based candidate, ideally within reach of our Pompano Beach home office. Other locations may be considered for an exceptional candidate who can meet travel and office requirements.
What Success Looks LikeDuring your first year, you will establish a clear operating plan, strengthen management coverage, improve store profitability and labor productivity, increase inventory productivity, and create consistent accountability across the store network.
