Shared Health seeks an experienced manager for its Clinical Digital - Diagnostics department. This remote position requires eight years of managerial experience within 24/7 digital services, specifically in healthcare. You will oversee client services, manage multiple project teams, and influence key stakeholders while ensuring high-quality operational plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client services and oversee complex computer systems
• Lead implementation of annual operating plans focused on client service
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on outsourced services
• Guide multiple project teams to deliver effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct security checks
Requirements:
• 8 years in management of digital services, preferably in healthcare
• 5 years managing client-focused IT services
• Post-secondary degree in technology, computer science, or related field
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license for provincial travel
• Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
