The External Financial Reporting Manager will work closely with executive leadership, external auditors, and the Audit Committee while helping drive key financial reporting and corporate accounting initiatives.

Total Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 (Base Salary + Bonus)

In this leadership role, the External Financial Reporting Manager will oversee external reporting, consolidations, compliance activities, and financial governance processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Financial Consolidations:
  The External Financial Reporting Manager will lead the monthly financial consolidation process and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial results.
• SEC Reporting:
  The External Financial Reporting Manager will manage Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other SEC filing requirements.
• Audit Coordination:
  The External Financial Reporting Manager will serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Internal Controls & SOX Compliance:
  The External Financial Reporting Manager will oversee internal controls, SOX compliance initiatives, and financial reporting governance activities.
