Description
The Budget Amendment Negotiation Supervisor provides operational leadership and supervision for the team responsible for managing clinical trial budget amendments across the oncology clinical research portfolio. The Supervisor oversees amendment workflows from request through negotiation and implementation, including workload distribution, prioritization, quality assurance, performance management, and monitoring of operational and financial outcomes. The position serves as the primary escalation resource for complex budget negotiations, financial disputes, sponsor concerns, and operational issues and works collaboratively with investigators, study teams, sponsors, CROs, Contracting, Clinical Research Finance, and other institutional partners.
The Supervisor also recruits, trains, mentors, and evaluates staff; develops standardized workflows and training resources; and leads process improvement initiatives designed to improve efficiency and reduce amendment execution timelines.
Annual salary range: $88,900.00 - $
