XL Event Lab in California is seeking a Head of Live Events to establish and grow our presence in the state. This is a hands-on leadership role combining venue partnerships, event operations and regional management, with initial remote work and a transition to hybrid work.
You will identify, secure and contract venues, build relationships with owners, oversee the delivery of touring events, recruit a local team and drive growth across California, reporting to the Senior Management Team.
