• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in insurance claims management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams in a remote work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance products (e.g., short-term, long-term) and claims processes.

  insurance legislation and regulatory frameworks.
