50,320 to 55,000 dependent on experience, plus a bonus plan and excellent benefits including a company car and private healthcare (Work Level

Monday to Saturday (1 in 4 Saturdays), 37.5 hours per week flexible between 9:00am and 9:00pmRemote/home-based with minimal travel across England and Wales Due to the retirement of a long-standing colleague, we’re looking for a Regional Manager to join our Estate Planning team in Co-op Legal Services. Why this role matters

In this role, you’ll recruit, manage, and support a team of estate planning consultants, making sure that they’re able to provide the best service to our clients. We’ll look to you to make sure that targets are being met and provide training to make sure your team have the skills they need to reach our commercial and client goals.

You’ll also support our B2B partner relationships and help us shape customer journeys, so we continue to deliver a service our clients rate as ‘excellent’. You don’t need previous legal experience to be successful in this role, so if you've got the people management skills we need, we can offer you the chance to build your career within an innovative and ethical legal business.

What you’ll doLead a team of Estate Planning Consultants, engaging and supporting them to deliver on agreed sales targets, for both estate planning and funeral plans

Put in place any performance management frameworks needed to support colleague development

Train, coach, and mentor colleagues within the team and across our wider estate planning sales teams

Support B2B partner relationships, providing training and support as necessary

Manage complaint handling and resolution

Work collaboratively with key partners in our operational, legal, risk, and compliance teams

Report directly to our Head of Sales and become a key part of our leadership team

Previous experience managing remote or field-based teams

Proven experience in consultative sales

Experience working in a regulated environment

Experience managing external partner relationshipsA proven ability to meet sales targets

The ability to train and coach a large team of colleagues

Excellent communication skills
