Responsibilities

Direct the daily operations and long-term strategic vision for The Atlantic District.

Mentor and guide a team of licensed producers to meet and exceed their sales goals.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community leaders.

Analyze financial performance and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure strict compliance with state regulations and internal company standards.

Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to expand our regional footprint.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or sales teams.

Deep understanding of carrier relations and underwriting guidelines.

Proven track record of agency growth and staff development.

Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital marketing analytics.

Strong local presence in the Susquehanna region.
