Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies Division (HII‑MT), is seeking driven Program Management professionals to join our Developmental Engineering team. Looking for mid-to-senior-level experience, you will contribute to the management of cost, schedule, and performance across complex and critical programs. Working both independently and under the guidance of senior program managers, you will gain hands-on experience throughout the full program lifecycle, including leading and coordinating with external partners to ensure all work aligns with achieving project objectives.

Program Manager Mid-Level:

• Manages overall program execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required performance specifications.
• Supports the maintenance of the program schedule by tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Leads integrated multidisciplinary technical team; serves as main point of contact for project and helps alleviate roadblocks to technical team progress.
• Interacts with a variety of internal groups to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Corresponds with mission partners and stakeholders to scope efforts and facilitate technical information exchanges as required.
• Develops and maintains the program schedule and mitigates scheduling risks.
