Lead online casino gaming teams at Evolution in Metro Vancouver, using coaching and scheduling skills across operating tables. This is a full-time position.

As Team Manager, you will serve as the team’s first point of contact and develop subordinates through one-to-ones, feedback, and performance management. You will coordinate staffing, training, communications, meetings, and KPI improvement plans while supporting gaming-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example as the team’s first point of contact
Coach subordinates through feedback and performance management
Schedule headcount coverage for all operating tables
Conduct training sessions and support skills development
Monitor KPIs and execute improvement plans

Requirements:

Fluent English with strong written and oral communication
Microsoft Office and computer systems proficiency
Knowledge of casino gaming operations and procedures
First Aid Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain
Previous managerial experience is preferred

Bring team leadership, gaming operations knowledge, scheduling, and coaching skills to Evolution’s Metro Vancouver studio.
