Senior Manager HSE Strategy

Lead enterprise HSE strategy at Bayer through safety leadership, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across North America. This permanent role offers locations in Canada and the United States.
The Senior Manager, HSE leads enterprise initiatives and geographically dispersed teams across customer-facing, field-based, remote, and work-from-home operations. The role develops HSE management systems, governance processes, organizational capability, and continuous improvement through incident insights, risk trends, data analytics, and operational feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise HSE initiatives as Work Team Leader
Align stakeholders around strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
Strengthen safety, environmental performance, and risk management
Develop scalable HSE systems, governance, and standard work
Accelerate organizational learning and best-practice adoption
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, or related field
Leadership experience in HSE, engineering, science, operations, or related functions
Experience leading enterprise initiatives and organizational change
Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America
Valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license
