- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSMs to achieve goals and grow professionally.

- Own net revenue retention targets and drive renewals, upsells, and expansions.
Who You Are:
- Proven leader with at least 5 years in customer success and 3 in leadership.
- Skilled in Salesforce/CRM and data-driven decision-making.
- Passionate about mission-driven environments and human services organizations.
