- Lead a team of Partner Managers building strategic partnerships with ISVs and OEMs for the Service Now Store.
- Own team GNACV targets and develop Partner Managers into trusted advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own quarterly and annual partner GNACV targets, forecasting, and approve GTM business plans.
- Coach on deal strategy, Q quality, and executive engagement; own hiring and development.
- Run the team's operating cadence, standardize planning, and escalate partner issues.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years managing tech partnerships or enterprise alliances, with 2+ years leading teams.
- Proven track record meeting revenue targets and influencing C-level executives.
