We are seeking a technically strong and client-focused

Manager, Trade Compliance to oversee a portfolio of clients.

This role is ideal for Brokerage or trade compliance professional who excels at building client relationships, managing compliance programs, and coordinating global service delivery teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while guiding and supporting cross-functional teams responsible for execution. The ideal candidate has strong client service experience along with classification, qualification, broker management, import operations and Free Trade.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs (whether internal or external, depending on the span of control) are understood, properly prioritized, and being executed as expected.
