Strategic Account Manager; Health Plans; Fully Remote

• You will own Carda's most important client relationships after the contract is signed.
• You will lead executive relationships with Health Plan partners across clinical, network, and care management stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Own and manage health plan partners through monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual value summaries.
• Turn data into a value story by querying databases and building ROI narratives tailored to each partner type.
• Drive expansion revenue and lead renewal strategy with finance.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in customer success or account management with 2+ years managing enterprise accounts.
• Direct experience managing health plan relationships (Medicare Advantage).
• Comfort pulling and analyzing data yourself and turning it into executive-ready narratives.
