Salaried employee who does not receive overtime payMayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking an accomplished administrative leader with oncology and cancer experience to provide strategic and operational leadership for Radiation Oncology. In close partnership with the Department Chair and physician and clinical leaders, the Administrator will advance strategy, growth, operational excellence, innovation, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness.

The Administrator will partner with physician, physicist, APP, nursing, and allied health leaders to shape and execute the department’s vision across practice, research, and education. This leader will advance Bold. Forward. with a focus on exceptional cancer care, innovation, performance, and staff engagement.

Radiation Oncology is entering a significant period of growth and transformation, including investment in new equipment and technology, expansion of facilities and workforce, and evolving models of care. The Administrator will be responsible for translating these investments and strategic priorities into operational plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Significant leadership experience in oncology, cancer services, and/or Radiation Oncology Proven success leading strategic and operational improvement

Experience leading growth, expansion, technology, and complex capital initiatives

Strong financial and operational acumen

Success partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary oncology teams

Ability to lead across practice, research, and education

Collaborative leadership with a strong commitment to staff engagement and organizational performance

This is an on-site position based in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona.
