We are seeking a Senior Director of Platform Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a strategic enterprise platform that powers digital experiences. This high-visibility leadership role involves guiding a talented team of Product Managers and collaborating closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Executive Leadership. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong product leadership to bridge complex platform capabilities with intuitive user experiences, driving the development and scaling of innovative enterprise solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
• 10+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise software, SaaS, platform products, or similar technology domains
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing Product Management teams
• Proven track record in owning product strategy and roadmap for complex platform products
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, Dev Ops practices, and enterprise application platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in driving platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
• Advanced degree such as MBA or MS in relevant fields (preferred)

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, establishing best practices and operational frameworks
• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams on technical capabilities, scalability, security, and system integrations
• Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring complex workflows are intuitive and self-service oriented
• Drive strategy and execution across platform capabilities including application development, content management, API management, identity access, deployment, and analytics
• Serve as a primary liaison between Product, Engineering, UX, and Business Leadership, communicating strategy and influencing organizational decisions
• Evaluate emerging opportunities, make strategic prioritization decisions, and ensure platform scalability, technical excellence, and customer value
