ICF is seeking an Associate Manager, Program Operations to support residential energy efficiency programs in New Jersey. You will report to the East Region Director and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely application reviews and high-quality client deliverables.
You will manage a team of Operations Specialists, monitor QA/QC, and drive process improvements. Prioritize tasks, communicate with subcontractors and stakeholders, and help forecast program accruals to meet KPIs.
