We’re looking for an inspiring
PMO Director
to lead and elevate our client’s global Project Management Office, a high-performing team that keeps operations, communication, and execution running flawlessly across departments. You’ll guide Project Managers from Finance, Development, Success, and Media, ensuring every project moves forward with clarity, accountability, and measurable results.

• Lead and Mentor 🧭:Manage and coach Project Managers across multiple departments, building confidence, accountability, and collaboration
• Establish Frameworks 🧱:Create and maintain PMO standards, tools, and best practices that drive alignment and visibility
• Oversee Execution 🚀:Ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time while balancing quality and resources
• Cross-Functional Collaboration 🤝:Partner with department heads to align priorities, optimize workflows, and share best practices
• Drive Clarity & Communication 📣:Develop rhythms, documentation habits, and reporting structures that strengthen transparency
• Performance Tracking 📊:Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to keep leadership informed and teams focused
• Process Improvement ⚙️:Identify opportunities to enhance scalability, efficiency, and interdepartmental alignment
• Bridge Strategy & Execution 🧩:Translate leadership goals into actionable plans that the PMO can operationalize effectively
