Guide Travel Support Consultants remotely as a Shift Lead using sound judgment, clear communication, and queue oversight. Work Tuesday through Saturday, 3am to 11am EST.
This off-phone leadership role supports daily Land operations and frontline agents. Provide process guidance, monitor queues, review handovers, and reinforce consistent customer experiences. Two or more years in the travel industry are required, while leadership experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide TSCs through customer issues, escalations, and operational questions
- Review SOPs and link resources for process guidance
- Monitor queues, service levels, and staffing coverage
- Review handovers for accuracy, ownership, and follow-up timing
- Lead huddles and reinforce process updates consistently
- Two or more years of travel industry experience
- One or more years of leadership experience is an asset
- Clear communication and sound judgment
- Organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Twilio or similar queue monitoring tools
