- Lead, coach, and develop Billing and Collections Specialists including onboarding, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Set priorities, allocate workload, and hold the team to clear accuracy and cash collection targets.
Billing Operations:
- Own billing accuracy and compliance, resolve discrepancies, credits, adjustments, and invoicing issues.
- Act as escalation point for complex cases and drive continuous improvement.
Collections and AR Management:
- Own collections strategy for strategic accounts and reduce aging receivables.
- Manage escalations, payment risk, and provide clear reporting and forecasting to leadership.
