Directive Consulting is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance & Accounting to oversee the accounting function behind a leading B2B performance marketing agency. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll run close, reporting, controls and treasury, while having FP&A responsibilities.
You will lead the Controller and collaborate with the IT team to ensure GAAP-compliant five-day closes, strong internal controls, and scalable processes that support growth and profitability.
