Lead Procurement Officer

• A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sourcing plans and achieving significant cost savings.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of financial metrics.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing remote teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
