Lead District Managers across an assigned region through coaching, merchandising oversight, and field execution from a home office. Travel weekly or bi-weekly as business needs require.
As Regional Manager, you will guide field leadership, retail partners, client stakeholders, and internal teams. The work centers on program execution, client service, operational excellence, and performance metrics. You will manage training, reporting, communication, and continuous improvement across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct, support, and hold District Managers accountable
- Oversee merchandising, brand ambassador, and field services
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop field managers
- Monitor scheduling, staffing, performance, and coaching reports
- Communicate field issues and performance recommendations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three or more years of management experience
- Retail, merchandising, training, or field marketing experience
- Home office with broadband Internet connectivity required
