Regional Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the designated region, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Manage and lead a team of site managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other departments to align operational activities with business goals.
• Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices across all operational sites.
• Support the development and implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational capabilities.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, supply chain management, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
