Senior Risk Manager; Remote

• Monitor the effectiveness of risk management controls and report on risk exposures to senior management and the board.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and reviews.
• Develop and deliver risk management training programs to employees at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Analyze risk data and trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a strong risk-aware culture.

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control design, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Solvency II, Basel Accords) relevant to the insurance industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively in a remote setting.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CRM are highly desirable.
