Remote General Manager

Our client, an established international hotel group, is seeking an experienced and visionary Remote General Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This is a key leadership role, operating entirely remotely, responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of designated hotels. You will drive profitability, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all managed locations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive general management experience in the hospitality sector, a strong understanding of financial management, and the ability to lead and inspire teams from a distance. • Provide strategic leadership and overall management for a portfolio of hotels.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a significant portion spent in General Manager roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple hotel properties or a large single-site operation.
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to manage P&Ls, budgets, and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of all hotel operations, including F&B, Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
