Remote Project Manager - Global Operations

Our client, a globally recognized leader in supply chain logistics, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Project Manager to join their expanding operations team. This role is fundamental to overseeing and optimizing international projects that drive efficiency and innovation across our supply chain network. Based entirely remotely, you will collaborate with virtual teams spanning multiple continents, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to global standards.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global supply chain and logistics projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Lead and coordinate virtual, cross-functional teams located in various international time zones.
• Implement and refine project management processes for remote teams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues across dispersed operations.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication channels within the remote team and with stakeholders worldwide.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for international projects.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within global operations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned for future remote projects.

• A minimum of 6 years of project management experience, with significant exposure to international or global projects.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or international operations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional virtual communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and project management software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Must be equipped to work effectively from a remote location.
