• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, suppliers, and shipping carriers.
• Monitor website performance and collaborate with technical teams to resolve any operational issues or bugs.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Develop and refine customer service protocols to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the e-commerce budget and ensure operational expenses are within limits.
• Lead and motivate a remote operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
• Proven experience in managing inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
