Remote Program Manager - Social Impact

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned programs, from conceptualization and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Develop program strategies, objectives, and budgets in alignment with the organization's mission.
• Manage program teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, beneficiaries, and funding bodies.
• Prepare regular program reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among remote team members and across departments.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement within program management practices.

• A Master's degree in International Development, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit or humanitarian sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-faceted programs, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of program design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (DMEL) frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
