This role reports into SCD, an Ellsworth Corporation company, located in Germantown, WI. The ideal candidate would be open to either hybrid work out of our Germantown location or remote work.

This role manages the operational performance, execution, and continuous improvement of the ePlus program. This position oversees Field Inventory Solution Supervisors, Account Managers, and Customer Solutions Specialists to ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The role establishes scalable processes, drives performance outcomes, and partners across the business to support growth while maintaining strong customer experiences.

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the ePlus team to ensure consistent execution, service excellence, and operational performance across customer programs

Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Field Inventory Solution Supervisors, Account Managers, and Customer Solutions Specialists to support accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus

Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes, procedures, and operating standards that improve scalability, efficiency, service quality, and program performance

Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, service levels, inventory accuracy, implementation effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency

Partner with Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and other Ellsworth teams to optimize inventory planning, replenishment strategies, order fulfillment, customer support, and system enhancements

Qualifications5+ years of leadership experience in inventory management, operations, supply chain, customer service, or industrial distribution. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams or leaders in a performance-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
