Head of Creative; Fully Remote

• Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department.
• Ensure all work meets both craft and conversion benchmarks across paid social, display, video, and landing pages.

People Management:

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers and motion contractors.
• Set clear expectations, foster accountability, and invest in team growth opportunities.
• Partner with paid media and client success to keep creative data-informed from the start.
• Own department P&L, margins, and resourcing decisions to operate as a profitable business unit.

AI Integration:

• Lead adoption of AI creative tools across the team.
• Build AI into real production workflows to sharpen output and improve efficiency.
